Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above a certain value (as displayed at checkout)
• A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at veddaraliving24@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
