Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
• Items marked as non-returnable or on sale are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Products without original packaging
• Perishable or consumable goods

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at veddaraliving24@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
3. If approved, we will share return shipping instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at veddaraliving24@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
